If I had a dollar for every time I heard the words, “If only I were…” playing in my head kind of like that new Taylor Swift song that is without a doubt always on the radio whenever I step foot into a cab lately.

Well, I can tell you one thing..I would have a lot of dollars.

For real though, WHY do we do that. Why do we always get down on ourselves & start comparing ourselves to others. It’s all very silly…you know why? Because there is NO ONE ELSE even remotely close to being like you in this universe (unless maybe you’re an identical twin..but still). I’ll repeat that for anyone who is maybe two glasses of red (like me) in..THERE IS NO ONE ELSE LIKE YOU. There is no comparison & no competition. The role is yours, baby. You booked it. Congratulations, you are enough. Better yet, you are MORE than enough. You are beautiful, you are strong, and you are SO loved.

And guess what? It is only going to get better from here. Thats right, you heard me..things are looking UP! Wanna know why? It’s because we are going to get 1% better every day. We are going to love better, others AND ourselves, we are going to work smarter, we are going to live a life that is full of passion & inspiration. Just think…if we can do all that just 1% better each day..in 100 days do you know where we will be? I’m sure you see where I am going here with this. This concept is something that a person who is very near & dear to me once shared and I NEVER forgot it & never ever will. So thank you for that, Mr Mentor.

I don’t know about you, but I am SO ready for this week…no matter what it brings because I can handle it. I am enough & so are you.
